Reconnecting Issues In Match

Hello its been a week now this problem still going on i already contacted customer service and the issue is still here i would like to know as a player when this issue is fixed? like really my credit score is badly affected due to this and i find my punishment to be unjust.My connection is fine as it is i am on 4g.That is all for now thanks in advance
Oh i also did uninstall and reinstall and it did not work so yeah i would like to know when this issue fixed.

Here is the thing for a year i play this game i havent encounter this problem now after the Last week update? iirc all of sudden i join the game late or worst like the problem i stated earlier eternal loops of reconnecting issue. It usually stuck around 33% like most of people here reported. and no if youre talking about in game ping it is perfectly fine as it is no lag or nothing but whenever i want to join a game its just this happen.i already check using network detection its at 77 and resource file is fine so yeah i wanted to know why of all thing last update this happen.

Oh yeah i also forgot to mention that after i reinstall and play the game while the file is still downloading the problem is gone like it return to normal. like i play the game normally but after i finish downloading all those files i am back with the same problem.
