Game Freezes at start of match

I have a good and fast internet connection, I dont know what causes this problem. Just after the match finish loading all the players, the game freezes, and after i try to restart the game, the match-up loading screen freezes at 47% on all players. This happened a couple times already and I am hoping there is a solution to this problem.

Do try reinstalling the game or connect to another network provider to check wht the problem is. If it still doesn't fix, Do report to our CS in-game with your account details and explain wht happened.

It also happen to me 3 times already since last 2 update (yesterday update for Lunox + 1 update before it).
My Hero wont spawn nor any of my team hero. Cant move a screen just see an empty base.
