Hi, I already sent a ticket because I lost my account and this is what they say:
And I did, I bind my facebook to the new account and when I try to go to the old account I could not do it.
I reinstall the game and I still without my old account, When I try to enter the game with my Google Play Account this is what appears:
It says something like: ¨The account of this social platform is already bound to a game, cannot switch. Please try again¨.(I already unbind my Google Play Account to the new account in order to have the old one)
I hope you can help me, thanks.
