I have been experiencing constant lagging during a match .the game has punished me for my behaviour for being afk and i have been banned for rank mode ridiculous pls fix this mess and stop punishing player when its no one but your fault if the game is bug and full of crashes

The game has been updated and it was to fix the crashing issues of some players. Though, if the problem still persists, kindly contact customer service in-game like what the notes say. But before blaming the game, make sure that the problem is not coming from you. Make sure you have a good and stable connection also, a good phone that can keep up with the game's spec requirements to avoid crashing.
