Facebook friends bugged?

I recently add a guy from game, later on because we need to trade the jigsaw so we added in facebook... but the problem now was... he sent me the jigsaw but its in my gift box but when i open the jigsaw, its empty! But I cant donate to him as well... Hes even not in my game facebook friend list... what should I do???
