Hello, someone shared a trick for this and it worked for me. It might work for you!
First, go to classic and queue - don't enter the game
Second, wait for the timer to run out (you'll get -1 but it will be fine)
Third, try again to recharge
If none of this helps, you might want to try to contact our in-game customer service. Inside your game, at the upper left side, there should be a man wearing headset, you can click that and it will direct you to our customer service!
You might want to send a bug report through our in-game customer service. For the meantime, if Codashop is available in your country, you can make your purchase there.
