When play ranked..in draft pick..time to pick hero always reconnect..please fix my id..i dont want lost many star because this fxxk crash!help me!!!!

Hello,
try restarting and reconnecting to another connection to check whether the problem is with your net or server. Also do check your device internal usage and Ram management to improve the performance. Still crash? Then contact our CS in-game > crash, for further assistance. Hope it helps.

Already report to your cs and no response..it always happen in rank..in classic match dont have this crash..happen when i play draft pick only..please help..i cannot push my rank :(

Which device are you using?
Try clearing cache in settings > network detection > clear cache and restart. If still occur, you must try reinstalling the game.

Android..all u say i have done..and i format my phone too..but same result... :(
