I've just looked at the new update notes from my inbox and noticed that 4 heroes had changes to their story.
Intrigued, I tried looking at the background story in their character page.
There, I noticed that their stories are swapped! (misplaced)
The story of Alice went into Nana, Alice's story shows Saber's and Saber's story shows Layla's and so on..
I haven't even found where Nana's story is.
I have reported this to the in-game support and email support (since I can't provide much details in the In-game support section)
Edit : I found Nana on Tigreal. So this is how it goes (X hero who owns the story > X hero with the story)
Alice > Nana > Tigreal > Alucard > Layla > Balmond > Saber > Alice
