if you look at this item, this is needed more by solo players, duo players
reasons
because a premade team already has high chance of winning they can communicate better against random team
solo players has higher % of losing compared to premade team of 3 or 5

find a team?
it is hard to find a team for casual players
and rank restictions some are still low or too high
for casual players that just want to play (no specific time) the chances of having 2 or 4 friends online that want to play rank is really low
