Why i can't play Mobile Legends because everytime i queued to play, instead of entering the game I always received a reconnecting message. That's why i can't join . then i noticed that everytime that happen my credit score is also decreasing, so i can't play rank games as well. I don't know what to do. Please help me to fix this problem. I really miss playing MoBa .
Hello,
try connecting to another network operator/wifi and restart. If not solve try uninstalling and reinstall, remember to bind account before uninstall to prevent account loss.
