one match 2 time i've been kicking out from the match

always reconnecting if playing with wifi, after hero die the ping turn green, but in match the ping turn red . i set in speed mode but still same. i can download game less than 1 minute. one more thing, if i'm using mobile data the gameplay is not smooth, i always been kicking out from the game.

i use iphone 5 and ios 10( the latest update for ios10)
ios8 is lowest OS to install this game

Speed Mode only affects mobile data as far as I know. Now regarding your connection, is your connection stable a good? Please do make sure it is to avoid these incidents.

yes stable before i start the match i check my ping in game . and then show 45 ping but in game the ping turn red and 285 and above

Were these matches cross-server ones? Try restarting your WiFi and see if you can get a good IP.
