Switch Problem

Hello, Moonton I am trying to switch back to my old account which is still there on the server. I need to get it back but the problem is that it has the same ID as my new one and the name of my old account is the same as my new account by accident. My old account is Jung1004 Lvl.30 and my new account is Jung1004 lvl.8 (currently) please get back to me on this because the platform is very important to me. My cousin bought me a skin as a gift. I tried to switch my moonton account but it just got bounded. From what I have heard new data would overwrite the old and I would be worried about it because it is important for me. Please help me solve this problem.

Yes I have tried but I  might need to do it again...
