Game Crash "Unknown Error"

My game just crashed and it says "Reconnecting; unknown error" and this happen 2 times. When i recon the second time the game is already finish and I have a deduction of 5 points. I don't know what happened. Can someone explain to what is the cause of this crash? now i don't want to play more games because i don't want to crash again and star will be lost and a deduction again will happen.

Does it crash for you only or all of your team mates? If it is for all, then there must be server issue, it will be ok after a while.
