Hi guys! Today I am going to share my new Rafaela build, instead of being a tank/semi tank in this video I'm focusing on her damage and her potential in harassing enemies, but not just that, this build will also make her heal more too!

rafaela is so OP actually...just really underrated sadly

i think make elegant gem in early game until reach lvl. 10 more useful than upgrade it into perfect item (i forgot that item name)

lightning truncheon + eternal scapter only good for nana... glowing want is better even better if u build tank... oracle is verry good for rafa...

for tanking build it would be a lot better if you use lightning truncheon and dominance ice, they also give cd too

here my rafa build...
1. wizard boots
2. enchanted talisman
3. oracle
4. blade armor
5. courgae bulwark
6. athena shield
i buy 3 mana regen at first and sell 2 of it later...
