Please contact in game customer support asap.
Its(blue headset icon) located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar and google play/Facebook icon.Go to help>payment problem>the form
Amd fill it up with proper screenshot of money receipt ans the gpp or apple payment number.
Submit and wait for reply.
