thanks for collecting，these are the issues received this week and the status of how they are being fixed，please accept:

12	Results of recorded match is different from actual results.	Android	after checking the replay, everything seems fine，should be an error with the refreshing of the replay，The time on the servers were 26/9and the time was 00:12，servers then got an update at 28/9 at 4 o’ clock to verison 18.Can the player still see the replay after the server updates to version 18?Players shouldnt be able to see the replay，and we might need more information. 14	Clint’s ult cannot be released	Android	reproducing this makes this seem like it is fixed in version 20(?), but we are not sure if this fixes the player’s issue	Dev

18	Heroes’ voices(in English) cannot be heard when using Turkish	Android	Uninstalling and reinstalling should fix thid，as this is caused by a bug，caused by the fact that we currently only have English hero voices.	Dev
19	Players when in game, has an issue seeing their profile and cannot see enemies and allies	iOS	Require videos to prove this and see how it could then be fixed.	Dev
20	After choosing their hero, the player is unable to see their hero and is forced to use the hero provided by the system	iOS	Suspected that the player’s internet connection was unstable at the time	-
