I have 550 load while purchasing 500 worth season pass and an error will show payment unseccessful: not enough credit in this account "even though i have" please help i need so badly

This is not a bug, it's just you have insufficient balance to purchase diamonds.

If you need to purchase Php 500 worth of diamond,

Then u need to consider the 12% vat to be charged.

500 + 500(12%) = Php 560.00

you are short of Php 10.00
