People don't care that they go AFK/Idle/high ping/latency

Losing stars in rank due to AFK/Idle/high ping/latency players. What's new?
This is new.

This player admitted he didn't care that other players in his team would lose stars because of his high ping, but continued to play rank.
And so, I guess why wouldn't he? He gets enjoyment from seeing other people lose.
That is HIS game.
What are you going to do about it MLBB community and game developers?

Absolutely.

yeah, some sort of system like this would be much fairer for legitimate players, but like @pastichka said in their post, there are ways other players find around that to climb rank!

So that's why I keep saying, there is NO way to make it completely fair, and the puzzle/challenge is WAYYYYYYYYYYY too hard for anyone to care.

NO system / process is 100% fair to every-single-player on mobile legends.

I reckon Montoon should do reverse Rank system.
It's a race to the bottom of the rank system.

The bottom players will be given 98364981267349816758923476508345703485 diamonds.
Top players get Bragging rights and pretty frames and their photos on the MLBB opening splash screen! lol.

Punishments should be indeed harsher..people like this just trigger me badly, i hope that they will do something about it finally

game is lagging so bad right now
i always have stable ping before 30-40ms and not spiking up to red ping

but nowadays my ping is always high most of the time it is yellow ping 120ms
if its green my ping is 70-90ms and spikes up randomly
and even when its green it feels like im lagging, because of slow movement
your character is like rubberbanding

if the server is like this dont rank you will just stress yourself

I wonder if it's actually server related, or if it's related to the network points beyond the server exchange, etc.
The faulty link may not be within control of the game developers / Moonton.

Anyway, my day job is operations management of an ISP and we do server hosting as well as web/intranet design.
Would be really cool if I could get in touch with Moonton (yes I have already sent them an e-mail in-game CS for business opportunities, but I haven't heard back from the 2 e-mails I sent them already... months ago...).

it is probably server related
bec when i just started ml my ping is stable and always below 40ms

but now it is unstable
they even gave lag compensation items that means they are having server problem

I guess that seems logical too!
Anyway, hard to trouble shoot without understanding their server builds, network topology, etc.

But the main point I was trying to make was.... the rank system and match making is fundamentally flawed.
Because... human beings. Don't. Care.
I wonder if anyone has written a thesis about this before... would be an interesting topic, from a certain point of view.
