I think harith's ult should be a dome for more efficient use and good look other than the latest sword like because its hard to target that ult in a linear direction instead change it into a dome

Harith's kit is OP, he will definitely get a nerf.

Yeah, the only way around his kit is to avoid the area of his ultimate.

Or you can ban him in Draft.
