Trying to Reduce Aldous Damage

I have a question. When Aldous use his ULT, I know he sees all the location of his enemies, but does he see the HP as well??? I'm thinking yes, because he always attacks the one who has low HP.

if ban didn't work
reduce Aldous damage by always killing him and ending the game fast

true. if only he had a blink spell. maybe add a fourth skill that lets him teleport
