Seriously it's hard to use this item due the long cooldown and sometimes u have no idea if the cooldown has reset or not.

I agree, actually all items with cooldowns need it.
Like Lightning Truncheon's passive.

if they add something that lets u know when its ready, thatll be great

if ur asking about when the passive is activated, it usually happens when ur health is >40% and the screen turns reddish
