Hello there Mobile Legends,
Sometimes, when my friends and I are joining a game, we often crash on the loading screen after choosing our heroes for some reason. I would appreciate some advice on how to fix this issue... and due to this issue, we often get our credit scores deducted.

Does it happen everytime you play? Which server are u on?? Do clear game cache , go to settings>> network detection > clear cache. Also update to latest app version from playstore. Hope it fix the issue.
