Help please

Hi,there.
I am facing difficulties in any modes (classics,rank)lately.
The problem is that my playstyle doesn't suit current meta,where frequent teamfights occurs and burst doesn't really shine.

I usually play natalia and some heroes that can roam,farm and split push really well,but those heroes don't really shine in teamfights.They are heroes like karinas whose focus on killing a lone enemy fast.

I secure the kills and turrets and buffs for my team,aka jungler,but now,before i finish the buff,three or more enemies pop out of nowhere and kills me.I can't even stay solo in any area of the map anymore.

Now,because of my play style,in this meta,i feel like a noub.

It's like ALONE=DEATH
Some mages like valir are fine,when i play valir,situation seem like a lot different than my old jungler style,in a better way,i mean.

Any tips and tricks for surviving in this meta would be appreciated.Thanks.

Btw,should i train helcurt,since his playstyle is similar to natalia and
he is more useful in teamfights than natalia.
