Hey everyone, today I will be discussing about a specialkind and also the latest new hero, Argus. Are you wondering what he is capableof? He can solo hard carry games, be an unstoppable killing machine, almostimpossible to kill, immortal. I will explain further why Argus is so strong inthe current state. Argus also has been the most fun and coolest hero I haveever played.
Argus and Rafaela were heavenly angels that descended intothe land of dawn at the same time. One responsible for eradicating evil, theother for eradicating suffering. As Argus went through countless battles, hesoon became obsessed with the pursuit of power. One time during a battle heheard the call of an ancient being, Argus soon lost control of his ambitionsand became corrupted. He was able to break the seal of the ancient being tosummon forth a blazing demonic blade. By sacrificing his own life to the bladewas able to gain even more power. Now Argus wanders the world, seeking conflictand war so that he can consume more lives with his blade.
Warmonger(Passive): Taking or dealing damage will charge the demonic blade (the lowerthe health is, the faster the blade charges), when fully charged Argus’s nextbasic attack will be two quick basic attacks.·      
Because of this ability, we are ableto abused it by building a lot of damage items with critical strikes.·     
   More attack speed = more procs =more damage
DemonicGrip: Pulls out a demonic hand at the targeted direction, dealing 175 physicaldamage to an enemy hero and moving to the front of target on hit, then he isable to make a quick slash towards the enemy, dealing 125 physical damage. Ifit doesn’t hit the enemy hero, he pulls himself to the location.·     
   Manual aiming is recommended,especially when not in a straight direction, the ability tends to miss withoutmanual aiming.·     
  You can use this ability to movearound the map quickly, this ability purpose is for gap-closing and mobility,then damage.·   
     Max this first for lesser cooldownif you want more mobility and gap closing. DemonicBlade: After a short period of charging, Argus strikes the enemy with hisdemonic blade, dealing 400 physical damage and cursing the enemy for 5s. Movingenemy under curse effect leaves a curse trail that grants Argus extra movementspeed while he is moving on it.·        Manual aiming is recommended,especially when not in a straight direction, the ability tends to miss withoutmanual aiming.·      
This ability base damage is veryhigh, it deals a lot of damage, way more than I expected.·
       It’s important to hit with thisability for the movement speed for gap-closing and chasing.    EternalEvil (Ultimate): Transform into a fallen angel, becoming immune to death for5s. 40% damage dealt under spell effect is converted to Argus’s HP after theduration ends.·
       This is very powerful ultimate,because of the game’s nature, people auto-aims low HP targets (especiallynewbies or people who don’t change their settings). Which means everyone in theteamfight is going to aim you while you soaks all damage, protecting your teamand heals back to full HP.·      
  This ability grants you a safepassage to diving enemy under turrets, tank first if you are with a teammate orteammates.·   
     The damage from turrets doesn’t healyou! Beware of that.·  
      It’s important to use in a perfecttiming. Use too quick, and it won’t be much effective. Use too late, and youmight die, getting stunned and/or crowd controlled, unable to use yourultimate.

Pros & Cons
Pros:·        Very mobile, good gap closingability·   
    Farms extremely quick·        Very strong in teamfight·      
  High damage·        Hard to kill·        High potential to carry·
       High potential to dive enemy herounder turret

Cons:·        Very vulnerable and weak to crowdcontrol·
       Weak when enemy knows how to playaround your ultimate  

Items & Battle Spells Explained
There will be two similar path, full damage, just differentitems priority. It’s up to you.
For this, you will be getting lifesteal and more damagefirst, more sustain early on, damage isn’t too bad. Lifesteal works very wellwith Argus’s passive double hit as well. Followed up with critical damage itemsfor huge damage boosts.
This would be the Scarlet Phantom first build. Huge attackspeed boost, decent damage, faster clear speed. It’s really amazing. You couldeven follow up with Berserker’s Fury instead of Haas’s Claw for insane
damageboost early on. Your survivability without lifesteal early game isn’t too bad,you have your ultimate to survive most of the fights
  Argus’s is mainly focus on basic attacks, the more youattack, the more your passive procs, and more damage of course. You may notwant to being stop by crowd controls. With Purify, you can be unstoppable.If you would like more offense options, Inspire is fine. Oreven Retribution to farm quickly early on.
Game Plan & Final Conclusion
Your goal is to carry your team, which requires you a hugegold lead. For early game, you can start with a 250g jungle item if you like.Best choice of laning would be side lanes either top or mid with a support/tank/crowdcontrol hero, especially with a friend. It’ll be much more fun to play with afriend than with a stranger. Start farming your lanes, jungle, repeat look forkill potential, your early game is slightly strong. I wouldn’t recommendroaming into mid lane for gank, it’s really almost impossible to kill the enemymid laner before they actually ran under their turret. Unless you are with afriend, you can gank together. Otherwise, stay in the jungle, farm, repeatand invade enemy jungle, you could escape pretty easily with your firstability.When you reach level 4, you can look for a chance to dive anenemy hero. Especially a 2v1 in your favor, tank first, save your first abilityfor escape if needed, use your ultimate whenever you are dying but remember,Argus’s ultimate doesn’t heal the damage taken from turret.Let’s talk about end game. You can do many different thingsto win the game.First, you can split push and look for objectives such asLord, Turtle and turrets. You can easily solo Lord but it might take some time.You can easily 1v3 if you are really ahead. If you do, it’s usually a victory.If your team is looking for a 5v5 teamfight, don’t hesitateto engage first. It’s okay to go in first because of your ultimate. You can useDemonic Grip into the enemy carries and start basic attacking them, most of thetime the enemies will try to fight back, and whenever you are low enough, theenemies would start auto-aiming you. That’s a perfect timing to use yourultimate, Eternal Evil. Soaks up all the damage, returns to full HP, and end thegame

Argus always facinate me.
That is the main reason i read the whole guide.
I must say you did a fine job.
The most important thing i have learned, that argus wont heal if hit by turret in his ultimate stats.I got rnouen confidence that i wanna try him again.

great guide! the first build is a lot better for beginners. im going to be releasing one soon prepare to be bested

bonus tip that should be added: dont buy lifesteal (if you must then only go for demon hunter). his passive gives him more rage the less health he has, and lifestealing will give HP back. also, dont ever buy jungle items. let him forcus on farming lanes, and only take jungle if you have free time
