I think moskov needs a nerf

Better Fanny deserve to get resilience (CC time reduction) than suggest hero nerf.

Yes because a very mobile hero deserves more chances of survival compared to non-mobile heroes.

I almost counter 70% of heroes using fanny and i'm just gonna see my improvement in fighting that's why i'm having hard time to kill moskov "i was stressed during battle xD"

If moscov is so annoying wait until minsitther hit the original server. You will love him(sarcasm).
Anyway every hero has counter.
Even though fanny has most burst damage in mlbb, she has some counter. Otherwise people would ban fanny at first place.

nope they cant stop fanny mid air
i used fanny and there are only few that can grab her mid air

moskov is one
zilong is the other one, i think chou can snatch her too

others. she will still fly through them

Harith ulti can also stop any fanny from flying. I also can use chang e 2nd skill to stun an amateur fanny.
