Formal (Original server survey) Part 2

Hey guys, this is the 2nd part of ongoing original server survey on latest implementation of new features.

Adjusted the HP of the base to 7900 from 6900.
Adjusted the HP Regen of the Base to 165 from 120.

Even though outer Turret has less hp, the base hp has been increased and also the base hp regen also increased.

The previous part 1 on outer Turret has been approved by forum users as most of you voted positive.
Please vote this one and also share why and why not this implementation is good or bad. Thanks.

Welp, I kinda agree on having a higher base HP and regenerate. Though it will prolong games but this will make squishy heroes less vulnerable of getting comboed with skills.

I highkey would like if they just buff ALL turrets hp too. Otherwise i do like the base HP buff
