Let's talk about Fanny. The last thread I posted about Fanny is regarding about her complexity on both sides whether the user and the player againts the hero. For this topic were going to talk about her top suggestions based on forum threads posted by users. The reason why I'm making this is because theres a lot of hate and complaints. Though this suggestions were already forwarded to Devs but still in the process of consideration.
Brawl Mode & Survival Mode
Clearly, Fanny is the least used assassin in brawl for the obvious reason that theres no buff for her even though theres 4 jungle creepers. Walls are quite vertically distant to each other, and lastly her enegry usage is killing her. There are some players or if I may say top fanny players was able to showoff their gameplay live and on youtube. Well technically it takes skill and experience to completely master the hero.
The suggestion is that to decrease her energy reduction on every skill. 1st skill from 25 to 20, 2nd skill from 18/17/16/15/14/13 to 16/15/14/13/12/11, 3rd skill from 30 to 25. This suggestion might be too overrated because its more like Fanny from the start is already in buff mode but this might work as well since there are some Mages got nerf ONLY in brawl then why not have a buffed hero in brawl as well. This suggestion has been all over the suggestion list in the last couple of months now. This also goes in Survival Mode, theres no buff plus there are only limited items BUT all of them fits for her (lets be real) but the issue is about energy drainage as well, the adjustments are not the same as for brawl but just a point or two difference.
Classic and Rank Mode
Still regarding about output damage and energy reduction. Theres a bug wherein Fanny's 1st skill will randomly spawn if she gets dulled using her 2nd skill. Take for an example, 2nd cable towards Akai's ult and Lolita's shield interuption after Fanny initiates 2nd skill both "bugs" spawn 2 tornado strikes afterwards. Now, this has been an issue thats been patched but still some players keep on suggesting to bypass through those skills then a quick disable. That would not be much to consider but lets see.

1. He was better as a tank since he was dealing huge amounts of dmg anyway. Back at season 2 altho he wasnt that popular. Then Endless battle + dominance ice + immortality meta came to hayabusa's build and for people it also felt unfair to play against.
Fanny is not TANK until you get your main damage items like Bloodlust axe- BLade of Despair - or any other damage dealing items. So TANK FANNY is Effective only on MID GAME. It's either you choose to build tank first (which is pointless since you are assassin) or pure damage assassin
End game is where fanny loses her tankiness - no matter what gears you build. Claude-Karrie- CC heroes will rekt you in a few seconds even with cable combo.
Let me tell you the nerfs you didn't tracked before.
1. 3 energy/ second - it was 5 before
2. Normal attack, Ultimate damage and Killing ENEMY HEROES will not regen any energy for fanny now. (way worse was cursed helmet can even regen energy for fanny - see the big nerf here? lol)
3. Energy consumption remains the same for consecutive uses of cable.
4. Wall spam on the same hero will gain less energy for Fanny.
5. Spell vamp reduced for fanny.
6. The continous map changes made it balanced for fanny to be effective at a few sites now. before... Fanny can cable combo/wallspam at any place on the map. Now, LORD/TURTLE/MID and other certain stops that are curves will be difficult for fanny to engage and do her combo.
7. There are now MANY OP heroes with high burst. good cc. high mobility that can outmatch fanny, no matter how good you are.
I can rekt enemy fanny 80%-90% of the time in mythic rank with good team lineup. If i know how to use fanny, then i know what's her weakness and counters as well.
The OP mentioned the BUGS of Tornado that still lurks in classic/rank matches.
Your arguments are somewhat weak, comparing your EXPERIENCE AGAINST fanny doesn't mean it applies to all .
Nerf base damages from her spells and reduce dmg bonus she gets from passive, so she wont be building semi tank. Nerf mobility since no cc actually counters flying fanny, whereas it should counter her (if not then give haya his old ability to be able to swap positions with shadows even under cc effects - same thing as fanny's cables).

Close minded would be fanny mains who claim that this champion is difficult to master when its not entirely true. Im trying to find a solution to make fanny feel more fair to play against. Show me a hero who has such insane burst at lvl 2 or an assassin who goes tanky (like fanny) and still deals more dmg than assassins going full ad/ap.
As a fun fact imma tell ya that Hayabusa back in the days felt unfair to play against and people were complaining about 2 particular things:

2. He could TP to shadows under cc effects and it ALSO felt unfair to players playing against him so devs did changes to him.
Point is that fanny is exactly the same as Haya before was.
Are you really sure Fanny was still the same as Hayabusa's meta period?
YOu clearly don't have an idea how much NERFs did Fanny got before ranting on this thread :)
Fanny TANK is not the tankiest - Fanny unable to CC is for low tier who don't understand how cable mechanic works or what hero to use when facing fanny.
Majority of us can clearly punish Fanny and render her USELESS late game in a match.
Fanny is fair in all aspect. No matter how GOOD - PRO fanny player you are, when you matched up with a good player - your winning % is 50-50.
Not because Fanny can build TANK-High damage means she can take ur team to victory. There are OTHER HEROES that are way more powerful than Fanny.
I literally only answer your reply before you edited ALL OF IT,you asked about a "Fanny user that can rekt whole team on MPL" and I just answered it and that mean Fanny is still viable to use even on Tournament match
I get what you mean,Fanny is not weak,it's still depends on how people uses her and also I agreed with you Fanny doesn't need another nerf

This kind of thread which complains about Fanny just make me so doubtful to learn Fanny. I have been practicing her for about 2 months in custom and I still worry to bring her in casual match. In some matches, I saw that some players bullied one who played her. They didnt give her buffs, disrespected her and trashtalked her. IMO, the duration of one buff she gets should be lil bit longer than any hero. Fanny is very dependable to buffs and the buff duration should be prolonged.
