Friends appear as offline when they are replying to me in real time

- Friends appear as offline when they are replying to me in real time, or are queued with me but still appear offline

This is a funny one, where we are chatting but neither of us can invite. We both/or one of us will quit the app completely, and restart the app, most of the times this helps to see each other online, but once we get invited into the lobby, the other player or we both appear offline to each other.

Look, he invited me, but in my friendlist he was offline (you can see it faintly in the background) hahaha xD not that often but sometimes it does happens.. we are in the same squad luckily.. we can always use invite squad in room..

And yeah, i also chat with teddy @titan666 when he appeared offline in my friendlist too hahahaha xD

Please report this as well in our in game customer support and please submit if you have screenshots :)

I think this is a bug.

yup no worries, i have submitted in-game also, but lately i give up, i just play the game and not report the bug in game. because the in game create a CS ticket function is really really, annoying, slow, clunky, etc.

thank you soooo much for the screen shot, which clearly shows your mentor as being Offline but they are sending you request to play! hahahah... I hope this screen shot is enough for the moderators and developers. Cuz I do this type of screenshot in game too, often no reply, and when they DO reply, i can't check the history of the replies from CS because there is no function to check old tickets i submitted and their status if it's read, closed, actioned, implemented into patch 1.3.44 for instance etc.

But that's why this forum was created, so we can go search here instead? lol...

You cant send 2 ticket at once.

actually i noticed this! you're right, it's heaps faster.
Hopefully soon i can see all the tickets i sent, and if i have a unique id for the ticket in can reference it in here official forum too, cuz it's easier to do multiple screenshots here. But not in the in-game CS.... see my point? Trying to help moonton by:
- buying content AND
- doing help desk activities and
- strategic marketing, AND
- also do user interface tips, AND
- can provide networking solutions for them etc for them.

But do they want my help on the above? Not so sure.
@BD007 help me push for the network side of things. we can help here in Australia / Asia.

Geez. I might as well be part owner of the business :P

I think this issue in game cs already replied right?
So hope it will be fixed in future update.
