I would say minsitthar.
Although badang is very strong against 1v1 but minsitthar is counter to any meta heroes.
Including fanny, gusion, lance, chou, harith, karrie etc.
Minsitthar is very effecting in team fight.
Badang will receive some buff i think.
So for now  go for ministthar.

If you prefer to be team player+support  ,choose Minsitthar (hopefully your teammates work with you when you cast your ultimate.

If you prefer to be the damage dealer and you're good with positioning , Badang is good , as long as you able to trick enemies stick near to the wall and lock them with your second skill, you will be oura-oura-oura-oura-oura-oura-oura-oura-oura-~

Pros=
- This dude is a pain for agile assassins... And also for mages... Or any hero that use blink skills and flicker... Oh and those guards hit you like a cactus.
- Looks like an older and also wiser Yi Sun Shin.
Cons=
- If you pulled heroes like Gatot, or Alice... Well, you and your team are in a world full of hurt.

Badang
Pros=
- Is a good pick if you want to scream oraoraoraora.
- Is a bootleg Winter Soldier.
Cons=
- Is a bootleg Winter Soldier.

Minsitthar and Badang is a good duo. Minsitthar has abilities that counters mobile heroes while Badang is a pure damage dealer. I rather choose Minsitthar since I always go solo queue

Any tips?
I also noticed that hes only good when you have good teammates.. huhu which is so rare for me to have good teammates
