error loading files MAYHEM

i finished downloading all additional files in game and when i try to play MAYHEM
it shows me this 6 times, i can't report it to customer support 'cause the logo for support doesn't show in game patching.

and i'm pretty sure when i log in later in game i will get a -5 to my credits because the game would register me going afk for this inconvenience.

have you tried clearing cache and redownload the resources ingame and see if it helps

May i ask your device model, os version, in game id number and server id please?
I can help you to report in game cs.
And if android, try to reinstall the app and install in phone memory just to make sure it is working or not.
