Forum Profile Picture change

There is an issue with changing forum profile picture.
I tired to upload a picture so many times but i never changes.
Finally decided to use my webcam to change it, didnt change immediately but finally changed after a day or so by itself.

can you tell me the file size and format and resolution of the picture?
And you tried pc or mobile version of the forum?

I think it will go through, there's just a delay.

I tried with following resolutions :

800x800
600x600
400x400
250x250
200x200

I even reduced their size down to 90kb
But still there is a glitch

See picture, Avatar in settings and acual avatar is different now, can be seen below.. (This change happened  two days after I changed my profile picture)

I wish to modify avatar (in this forum) with a screenshot taken from my smartphone (iPhone 7), but I have problems. After login from my smartphone, I didn't find area where to upload pictures in "modify avatar" webpage. After login from my notebook, an error message written in Chinese (I don't understand ideograms) appeared after I tried to upload my screenshot both in png format (1,97mb) both in jpg format (128kb). I hope to write in the correct section. I also tried to write to mobilelegendsgame@gmail.com, but it says that user doesn't exist.

Hello.
The Requirement of changing photo for forum is:
1. The picture minimum size is 1024
2. The file size must not above 1MB
3. If use GIF picture, the animation must simple
after changing photo profile, clear your browser cache.

, only jpg format is compatible.
