the best spells are aegis and flicker but if your don't have a high enough level try petrify and sprint

I use sprint or petrify.

definitely aegis or petrify. aegis lets u take more hits (stack up passive) and also gives time to regen HP. Petrify is a good cc skill for heroes with low cc (grock) and is area effect, unlike his ultimate
