Hi, can you send a report to the in-game CS regarding this? Click on the "guy with headphones" icon on the top left side of your main lobby screen to do so.

Let me know how it goes and how is the response

Thankyou for your warm reply. Yeah i tried that many times but i think i cannot reach the admin from there its just the bot replying my message not only it is not answering correctly but also just giving unclear solution for me
