hello mods, how to delete threads?

If don't have the option to delete a thread or want to? Just tag a mod, he/she will take care of it.

To see if certain level user can delete a thread or not?

There are two ways. First edit (advance mode) and press "additional option" above verification code, then u can see "delete post". It only work if no one reply in your thread yet. Second one is "use magic" that display corner below right your post/thread and use "repentance card" but too bad that card already out of stock.
