Problem with hero Mastery

i can't enter nor complete hero mastery after update .
Device: iphone 6s
I restarted game, clear chechs and make update 2 times

I still can't find street nor open CS form to report this ingame ... bug bug bug
Me and my friend still don't have effect skill on saber second skill on epic and legend skin ... bug bug

Ok check your internet connection.
If mobile data try wifi, if wifi try mobile data.
Try to reinstall again.
If not fixed then give us your id, device model, ios version, the game version, server id.

I reinstal game 2 days ago... i don't have internet mobile data, only wifi ... my internet connection i very best that can be buy in my country
