Complaints problem???

To all new user here, I you feel hate someone keep repeating same rant or complaint, just ignore it. I already face this. Almost one year ago this stuff happen. Actually people posting same is hardhead and he only win for nothing. They didn't think that issues need too long time to fixed.

Actually I face all complainer or toxic hero one year ago. I still remember lag issues complaint. He  keep complaining that issue everyday. What the heck, do you think dev is robot, can fix issue with one touch. He is less minded actually. But when I annoying him only just once. Then, he keep annoying me almost everyday and I gonna quit forum in long time. When I back again, he better now and I try to ignore him and his thread. After that, he complaining racist stuff. And then he got ban from forum cause he is too hardheaded. Mostly complainer is really selfish. They keep posting same issue and some issue can handle easily if they have brain to think.

I learn something from my mistake. I should try to ignore ranter or complainer. If you keep argue with them, they might be toxic and it is possible to you to become toxic. Let them alone if they keep complaining same stuff.

Now, I feel comfortable to handle this issue. Just ignore it.

for Now, I am on the status where you were. So many threads about map hacks lately. And they were like, "If you (dev) cant deal with this kinda probs, just shut the game down". And I found a forum user here who hate dev so much, I have no idea why. he/she thinks guinevere doesnt deserve to be a hero, and He/she complains about Harith's appearance too. What?

But among those complains, I really cant hold myself to give a comment to someone who complains about matchmaking system. I just cant

OKay so i did not use cheats/third party apps or whatever they are accusing me of doing but when i try to log into the game so why is this happening to me. and plus im also a paying customer not playing this game for free. i dont know if my account was hacked or not but please fix this ASAP

My account always connected with Google play but i disconnected Google play 30may and forger to connect and switched with my Facebook I'd now i m unable to switch again and loot of days gone no positive reply support are too lazy then other only get system reply devil will reply you soon i given all hero name i uploaded Google play screenshot & my lost id screenshot also i fill form and mentioned my account I'd i have 10skin i told my 8 skins name they told me registration date has wrong .i asked how many players note down game started date and they asked me two device model you ve used i given that recently used and my old device model near to month complete but my account not recover if you can help me out please help
