Is there a way that this kind of person will be temporary ban from the game? We don't tolerate this kind of behavior. I am just playing and this guy isn't in my friendlist. He just sent me a message to f*ck. The hell.

Yes there is. Just go to your Friends icon below the frnlist and go to followers section. Tap on his name, and click blacklist. He wont bother you anymore. Btw I cant understand any of the chat xd.
