Athena skill effects

I think Athena's skill effects should be upgraded a little bit. i hate to be that kind of person but right now its kinda only a skill color change, not much is changed from the skill effects.

I think from the one who made Athena Skin itself, she didn't want to change too much of the skill effects based on the video about KoF :v

@DPloi, Athena is Guinevere's skin.

I just hope they change the ulti a bit.. as i saw on the leak, the ulti has this weird orange oval thingy when she is on ulti.. i hardly have any complaint for other skill effect tho..

Nah, it won't happen. Because the skin was adapted from KOF '97. So the skill effect is similar like the original and kinda 8-bit.

Current one seems not wide enough.
Just my personal opinion.

It's 2019, everything needs an upgrade. I mean, she is a hero with that type of KoF Skin.

I know it's 2019.

But these KOF skins were adapted from different version of KOF.

Leona Heirden skin from KOF XIII
Iori Yagami skin from KOF '95
Athena Asamiya from KOF '97

You know why? Some of their skill in every version are kinda different. And it doesn't really fit with MLBB hero. It's not only the design but dev looking for the skill too which have similarities, so they can apply it on MLBB hero.

Like Leona, old Leona from 90s KOF version have different style & skill. But to fit Karina skill, they choosed Leona from KOF XIII.

And for Athena, the closest one to Guinevere skill is Athena KOF '97. So that's why.

Thanks for the clarification. I forgot they refer the skin as the KOF character’s name and was confused.

Does anyone know why they chose Guin as hero for that Athena skin?

The storyline and Athena doesn’t even match.

Should have given that skin to Kagura.

That being said...I did buy that skin as like Psycho Ballz.
