Revamp/Fix Bruno

Bruno was released alongside Alice. I've noticed that only a few players use Bruno, especially in rank. His ULTI is not that helpful at all. Sometimes, his ULTI will not ricochet as it should be even if there are enough enemies (including minions) in the area. Like you use ULTI and nothing happens. Must be a bug or something I guess.

i consider bruno one of the weaker mm in the game. true he has a great dash, but the first skill is kinda meh and the ult is pointless like you said as it's too easy to counter and does literally no dmg if you move apart

agreed but make him look cooler as well. If he has to appear more, he has to look less annoying. Make him look cool and badass Brazilian guy
