A bug during Evolve Mode

I’ve been winning and playing Evolve Mode since it’s release in Original Server.

Here’s the problem, I often get this message
“Unknown error, please try again later”

Starting Level 6 to Level 9, it shows this message.
There is only 1 button. “Okay”

Clicking it will immedietly close your app (iOS) or re-open your app (Android) and after reconnecting, after several seconds, the message will appear again. After, and after and after. I mean, I get frustuated! Unfortunately, when I died from another player, I got that message, I re-open my app and boom. Dead. The Devil might have appeared when I was going to resurrect. Here’s a screenshot of the message.

Here’s my device specs :
Device/Model : iPhone 7
RAM : 2GB
ROM : 128GB
OS : iOS 12.2

Sorry for the inconveniences. Please report this to our customer service in-game along with your information that you have provided. I'm also using the same exact device and it happened to me once but never again twice. Does this keep on happening?

I think it did not, even though I’m an Apple User and not an Android User. If it might have been showed up on Advanced Server, the people would post or ask the CS for help. The problem will be resolved like it should’ve be. I think there’s a problem with iOS Normal Server which might be the reason of why this error message is happening.
