Resource lost problem are bugs?

This is the third times I lost my resource data then made my sound effect silent, the picture of the hero was empty and the sound of the hero was silent.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible ... because this makes the comfort of our game disturbed

Hey i had this problem once.. Apparently the antivirus app on my phone is deleting the game data (according to my friend)... But after i uninstall it, this problem nvr occured again.. Maybe your phone has the same situation?

did the files finish downloading after updating the game ?

Try to do some trouble shooting first like what was advised to you above. It sounds like it is not an MLBB issue.

I strongly suggest you to download mlbb and its resources on your phone, not on your sd card. Plus check your mi device care which might clean the phone storage by deleting mlbb data automatically. I think its device specific issue. But still if none of those works please let us know here.

Ok..if the problem on my device, why after i do check resources on setting then completely download, sound effect like match button sounds or counter time sounds still silent?

You need to complete reinstall the game on your phone memory.

dear all,

After review and more review for this case (because according to mlbb team,they said this is not the application bug, but i think this is a bug, really) I have found what is the root cause and how to fix it. the problem occurs when we allow applications to access our storage like when we upload photos to the album, or sharing the match result .  The solution (when our resource suddenly disappears) is that I try to disable storage access permissions.  Then, after try back to the game, everything returns to normal without having to download the lost resource again.

And last word, hopefully the dev can see this post and review their program again, because maybe this problem only occurs on smartphone with lower specifications.
