Game crash and credit score

Need help from customer service.

Game crashed on me during ranked. Just stalled and then just quit.
I kept restarting the game and it won’t even load.

After few tries it loaded and by then I got ingame message saying I got screwed and I lost credit score.

I did open a ingame ticket but I have low hopes since they suck.

@BD007 any help you can provide here.

When you send mail to cs, it will automatically create a ticket.
