As shown on the above video, any Kimmy player out there experiencing the same problem?

It happens sometime and sometimes it's absolutely fine. This little bug nearly cost me my life as I was left with 1hp to deal with Grock!

I have reported this to CS In-Game.

There's a delay because you attacked while 1st is activated and w/o energy? So the time alloted was probably for the deactivation of the 1st skill?
