This device is not good enough to run MLBB at first place. I am not sure why the resource keeps downloading again and again. But i think the internal mmc storage having some issues. You can try to format your device to check if this fix the issue or not. Thanks.

Same here and my phone is brand new like 2 days ago. Last night, its when it started. My device is Samsung Galaxy A70 (6GB with 128GB Internal Storage)

SOLUTION:
If you want to play it badly all you have to do is to let it redownload the data again and the game will be almost 3 GB in size but it won't lag again and do it again.
