Beginnerquestion about the Hero Lock Mode

Hi,

i am new to MLBB and i have a short question:

When i lock on an Hero (Hero Lock Mode: Tap on the enemys avatar), i autoattack (or basic-attack) him.
Does this Lock all so works for skills?

For example, i have choosen to attack the nearst enemy in my settings.
Now, i lock on an enemy who is not the nearst to me...
Can i now use skills, which will ignor the nearst and attacks the „locked“ enemy, or is this lock just for the basic-attack and not the skills?

YES it does

If you set your setting for nearest enemy and in a battle you lock another enemy who isnt near to you, your skill attack would go for the enemy you locked
