Dear staff,

During a rank game on Friday 31 of May 2019 more or less 00:45 hr , a server error occurred unexpectedly. I couldn’t finish the game and my team had a good standing. I tried to reconnect to the game but I couldn’t. This is not the first time that happened. I want my star back. My ID is 383777908. I spent a lot of money for this game and I expect you do something. Thanks in advance

I'm sorry to hear what happened, but I don't think it your star will be returned. I know it was not the first time, but still that incident happens and it happens to everyone.

Yeah it also happens to me several times. It happens when we were about to win or lose, specifically when we/enemies attack the base. I don't know if it's a bug or I just have a bad connection.
