Hero name: XXX (mine inventor) Mage/Assain

Passive:Steps of doom

After every 7 seconds, he can drop an invisible mine thatdeals 100(+100% magic damage) to enemy inside its small radius and mark the enemy for 5 seconds. Marked enemy will be shown on the map and slowed 30% speed. Killing marked enemies will increase 5% magic damage to the mines. Max:200% magic damage (include the damage before). Maximum mines :5 (the newest mine placed will delete the oldest placed mine). Mines can deal AOE damage.

Skill 1: Holographic teleport (10 /9/8/7/6/5.5 sec)

He can cast a holographic image of him and switch places twice (CD: 2 sec) and lasts for 4 seconds. Enemy that deal damage to the holographic image can recover XXX with 20% /25%/30%/35%/40% of the damage dealt. Switching places the first time can place an invisible mine under him (same as passive)

Skill 2 :cubic lasers (12/11.5/11/10.5/10/9 sec)

He can put a square laser in a diagonal shape that act as awall and traps enemies. Flicker-type sills will be disabled for one second. Ifa mine is in the square, it will turn into a black hole that seeks the enemy towards the mine. The square lasts for 2/2/2/2.5/2.5/2.5 seconds. Trapped enemies will be dealt 80/90/100/120/140/160+(50%) magic damage per second.

Skill 3 :Mineland master (20/18/15 sec)

Create a land full of mines which (deal the 50% damage of invisible mine). Number of mines : 6/8/10. If all mines are activated , the last enemy stepped on the last mine will be stunned for 2 seconds. Mine can be seen and lasts for 10 seconds.

Not a bad hero concept at all.
But you forgot to add reference image.
The skill set looks promising specially the passive. This could be nata's nightmare lol
