Switching account ios Failed.

I'm having trouble switching my main account.. I answered everything in verification correctly but it says failed! I can't switch my main.. why is that? Someone might help me? I've been trying it every in 1 week.. my friend tried to open my account in her phone and it works. But why on my mobile wont open it..

is your friend's device OS iOS too? You cant switch acc from ios to android or otherwise

Yes were both IOS.. and mobile yes there was an answer question before switching account for example : What skin do you own. What mobile device you used last? , and what hero do you own. I answered it all correctly unfortunately its still failed. But when my friends open my acct mobile legends to her phone, it is working, no verification.

Nathan can do ios to android... Hahaha xD just recently his ipad is broken..

Yesss. Ios to android is working. But idk why now wont work. Someone help. Even i tried my acct on ios wont work, android wont work too..

Please contact in game customer support and explain the situation. It's located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar (blue headset icon). Go to help>account problem>account retrieve form. Fill it up and submit.
