Can someone please help me?
Sorry for my grammar since English wasn't my first language.
I already bound my original account with Google Play Games and Moonton Account but when I switch account, the game automatically unbound my Google Play Games's account and my old account and current account share the same Moonton Account. The account also share the same ID. I can edit my old account profile, upload photos there (basically like I'm using that account).
So please help thank you have a nice day.

Change server in server list (You need to SLIDE NOT TAP THE ARROW)

Have you checked the Server List on Account Setting?

Please contact in game customer support asap.
Its located on the top left corner besides your profile avatar (blue headset icon).
Go to help>account problem>account retrieval form>fill it up.
