Recharge issue (Need help ASAP!)

Long-story short,

Previously purchasing items such as diamonds can be bought with ease, but now it doesn't pop-up any message anymore not allowing me to buy a specific product.

Current Reason: Recharge Failed.

Why doesn't the game allow me to buy diamonds anymore. Other games have this option allowing me to purchase but Moonton suddenly change their 'Moneytoon' reputation not wanting profit.

(Already contacted CS, but their reply is taking too long, even I had to remind them)

OOf thats gonna cost my Wifi quota this month. Well for the sake of me buying a goddamn skin. Thanks for your reply by the way.

Is it safe to uninstall Google Play Service? Because, it said my data will be gone such as google accounts, doesn't that simultaneously meaning that my ML account will be lost too?

-Help needed, I need to buy diamonds urgent.

It doesn't work. I think Moonton did an oopsie because other games I play currently support In-App purchase meanwhile Mobile Legends doesn't. I've contacted customer service but I'm gonna PATIENTLY WAIT for devs response.
